Default Green farming after loot scale update with hench?

So now that green and golds aren't affected by loot scaling, what does that really mean for those of us who farm greens using hench? We send them out of the map so their names are grey in order for use to solo the boss after clearing the path and hope a green drops. So would sending those henchs out of the way still be unaffected by the loot scale code or because you have 8 people in the party window you still get the 1/8 portions dispite where you send ur henchs?

Can someone confirm this?

I think it won't help your drop rate that you take henchies with you.

@ Zorbi & drupal : I don't think you understand the question.

That's something I've been wondering myself. I just don't have the time to grind some statistics....
I hope someone gives us an answer

one way to test this is by farming the Killroy chests in Sorrow Furnace. Try flagging the heroes out before opening the chests, if all the loots are assigned to you then that means hero flagging still works.

I tried some green farming, sometimes I get some drops of the usual if I don't get the green from the boss, but after I tried it in HM and go back to NM, all I get after flagging the henchs to the end of the world is gold and nothing but. I did a few runs but last night after the revised nerf that only affect non-rares and junks, I got a green from the boss. I think it was just luck but I hope some more people can confirm this.

I think that greens are still affected normally by the loot scaling since ur party is still consisting of 8 and its not considered soloing but its you that kill the boss w/o hench but u entered the map with 8 ppl there you get 1/8.

Correct. Since the droprate is no longer effected in the update, you can do green runs like Deathbringer, sending away your henchmen and still getting the green drop. I think thats how it is now at least.

So green farming after loot update with henchmen has been fixed. It's now is back to pretty much the way it was before, from my knowledge.

Im im correct, hench will still take your drops if they are in your party and in range. But as for solo farming, if u kill a boss and he drops a green, you will get it instead of it not dropping "for" hench.
